We want you to love your glow, but if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and meet our safety hygiene standards.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the unused or lightly tested items in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

  • 3.
    Ship to Our Warehouse

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our quality control center.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned skincare items, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
